Mark Keeley, PTP

Mark Keeley is a Lead Transportation Planner/Senior Project Manager and is responsible for the management and processing of traffic impact study projects through the various governmental agencies in and around the State of Maryland and Delaware, with a focus in Harford, Howard, Baltimore, and Queen Anne's Counties.

ABOUT

Mark has 31 years of experience in the transportation industry which includes 13 years of public sector service.  This combination of public and private sector work provides Mark with a unique perspective of the State and County review process and practices. Mark’s work includes developing transportation master plans and small area transportation plans, traffic impact studies, pedestrian studies, parking studies, speed studies, and signal warrant studies.  Mark has many years of expert witness testimony experience and assists in helping clients achieve their goals through traffic mitigation strategies and negotiations.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Salisbury University and a Master’s Degree in Geography & Environmental Planning from Towson University.  Mark is a former member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and is a certified Professional Transportation Planner (PTP).
