Jackie Chandler
Jackie Chandler is a Lead Transportation Planner/Senior Project Manager and is responsible for the management and processing of traffic impact study projects through the various governmental agencies in and around the State of Maryland, with a focus in Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Charles, and St. Mary’s Counties.
ABOUT
Jackie has 40 years of experience in civil engineering with 30 years devoted specifically to traffic engineering and transportation planning. Jackie has professional knowledge of traffic engineering and transportation planning principles and practices in both the public and private sectors, with a thorough understanding of traffic feasibility studies, traffic impact studies, pedestrian and bicycle studies, traffic signal warrant analyses, and traffic mitigation strategies.
Jackie has provided expert testimony before numerous Planning Boards and Commissions including the City of Aberdeen, City of Cambridge, Queen Anne’s County, Prince George’s County and St. Mary’s County. She has been recognized as an expert in transportation, providing expert testimony before the Anne Arundel County Administrative Hearing Officer, Anne Arundel County Board of Appeals, Charles County Board of Appeals, and the Baltimore County Administrative Law Judge.
